The JEMS registration form for new users is available at this URL:

   https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/Person.cgi?new=1

In order to register you have to fill in at least the following fields in the form: first name, last name, country, email address, and status (student, academy, industry, or government).

After filling in this information you have to click in the button "New user" and a new random password will be generated and send to you by email.
